General Contractor in Miami, FL building throughout Florida and has a strong pipeline of work in all sectors of construction. They work in both the residential and commercial sectors with their work consisting of Multimfaily, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Retail/ Mixed Use, etc. They are seeking a Senior level Project Manager and compensating well for someone with the right experience.
Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high rise construction.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in high rise construction project management.
- Proven experience with construction regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
