Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

A well-established general contractor in the southwest Chicago suburbs is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work on distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and other ground-up industrial builds with a team that values clear communication and getting things done right.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects and trade partners
• Mentor project managers, assistant PMs and project engineers
• Partner with field leadership to keep projects safe, on schedule and on budget
• Drive clear reporting and proactive risk management on every job

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or construction manager
• A track record delivering ground-up industrial, warehouse or manufacturing projects
• Strong financial, contract and scheduling skills
• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equal experience
• Comfort with Procore, Microsoft Project or P6, and Bluebeam

What We Offer

• Pay range: $135,000–$175,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
