We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Practice. Responsibilities include balancing the performance and process of multiple projects of varying size and scope. The Sr PM is also responsible to advance the opportunities for continued growth in market share and profitability in specific service lines. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional eager to participate in a fast-paced, collaborative team, who can execute and lead all phases of design which include feasibility studies, planning, concept development, detailed design, construction documentation and specifications. Candidates should have design experience with industrial buildings: manufacturing and plant facilities, distribution and logistics centers, storage buildings, warehouses, etc. Professional Architectural or Engineering licensure is preferred.

National Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications/licensure, education, and location). Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits. Bonuses can include but are not limited to: Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
