Senior Project Manager - Interiors

A respected Chicago general contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its interiors group. You'll lead interior build-outs and renovations across a range of markets, working side by side with architects, interior designers, owners and trade partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, buyout, change orders and cost reporting
• Build and manage schedules with the field team
• Coordinate closely with architects, designers and owners
• Mentor project managers and engineers on your team

What You Bring

• 8+ years of construction management experience with a general contractor
• Strong interiors or tenant build-out background
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field
• Comfort with Procore, scheduling tools and cost reporting
• Clear communication and a steady, organized approach

What We Offer

• Pay range: $120,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience
