Senior Project Manager (K-12)

The Civi Group is collaborating with a highly successful family-owned General Contractor based in downtown Boston, employing over 3,000 people, to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This role requires experience in the K-12 education sector for medium to large-scale school construction projects.

The Senior Project Manager will work from the company's attractive Boston office, conveniently located a short walk from South Station. The company operates across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, K-12 education, healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and more.

Compensation for this position, which can go up to $200,000 based on experience, includes a substantial bonus, a premier benefits package, and an 8% retirement account contribution.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Project Types: K-12 (Public or Private)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efforts of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to set and maintain project priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from start to finish.
• Lead on-site efforts to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality control.
• Ensure positive and productive interactions with project stakeholders, including property owners, subcontracting partners, and labor organizations.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
• At least 7+ years of Project Management experience on large projects
• Prior K-12 / Education experience a plus but not required
• Equivalent combo of education/experience is okay
