The Senior Project Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional marketing initiatives that help shape how UCLA Health connects with patients and communities. In this role, you\'ll partner with teams across strategy, analytics, creative, digital, omnichannel marketing, and more to deliver complex projects from kickoff to completionâ€"ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

As a leader within our Marketing Project Management Office, you\'ll help drive process improvements, establish best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Salary Range: $100,170 - $218,715/annually

Weâ€re seeking a talented individual with:

•\tA Bachelorâ€s degree and/or equivalent experience, required

•\tProject Management Certificate (PMP) and/or Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent project management experience, required

•\t10+ years in project management, 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, required

•\tAdvanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

•\tExceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

•\tEffectively prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.

•\tStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

•\tExperience planning and managing projects of varying size and complexity.

•\tExcellent time management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at once.

•\tExperience tracking project progress, communicating updates, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

•\tHands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms.

•\tUnderstanding of how individual projects support broader business goals and organizational strategy.

•\tStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

•\tAbility to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners.
