    Description

    Position: Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Piping/HVAC

    General Skills/Requirements

    • Ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Physically able to navigate an active construction site
    • Clean criminal background and credit history
    • Ability to pass military background check and gain access to DoD installations
    • Must pass drug screening and background check 
    Job Responsibilities
    • Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.
    • Responsibly for reviewing and management of overall project schedule.
    • Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and/or DoD personnel.
    • Host daily meetings with subcontractors/vendors working on site.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for the execution of project.
    • Tracking and documenting changes in scope.
    • Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.
    • Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.
    • Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.
    • Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
    • First Aid / CPR Certified – Training provided
    • OSHA 30 Certified – Training provided
    Experience/Education
    • Prior experience with commercial/industrial mechanical and plumbing construction and/or project management.
    • Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade/related experience preferred.
