MEP Senior Project Manager Construction - Data Center
I'm recruiting for a leading construction organisation seeking an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the US.
This is a fully travelling position, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in business growth. The Role As an MEP Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams
Deliver multiple commercial and industrial construction projects
Manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships
Support bid pursuits, pre-construction activities, and business development
Oversee project financials, scheduling, quality, and risk management
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
What You'll Need
Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong MEP project management experience
10+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects
Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to travel extensively throughout the US
