Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administration
Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals align with client vision and expectations
Coordinate and collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Oversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissions
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track
Mentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
7+ years of experience in architectural project management
Licensure as a Registered Architect (AIA membership a plus) preferred
Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Deltek or Procore
Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadline pressure
