Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, integrated digital creative projects from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional creative teams in an advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital creative projects through all stages of execution

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and project controls
• Gather requirements and ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood
• Coordinate capacity planning and team utilization
• Identify and proactively manage project risks
• Partner with Account Directors, Account Managers, and key stakeholders
• Support digital creative marketing recommendations and strategies
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Provide project management guidance and ensure best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of digital creative project leadership experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Experience managing digital creative projects in an advertising agency environment
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of digital creative processes and workflows
• Experience working with large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience with project management software
• Workfront experience preferred

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $63.00 per hour.
