Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, integrated digital creative projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a background managing digital creative projects within an advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital creative projects from conception through delivery
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and processes
• Gather requirements and ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood
• Support capacity planning and resource utilization across creative teams
• Identify and proactively manage project risks
• Partner with Account Directors, Account Managers, and key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Provide project management guidance and promote best practices
• Support digital creative marketing recommendations and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant digital creative project experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Experience leading digital creative projects within an advertising agency, either external or in-house
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital creative processes and workflows
• Experience working with large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience with project management software
• Workfront experience preferred

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $59.00per hour.
