Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

North Texas has become one of the busiest data center markets in the country, and this team is right in the middle of it. A respected general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects and help shape how the group grows across DFW.

What You'll Do

- Lead data center and mission-critical projects from early preconstruction through commissioning and closeout

- Own project financials, including budgets, forecasting, buyout and change management

- Build strong relationships with owners, designers and key MEP trade partners

- Guide project managers, assistant PMs and project engineers, and help them grow

- Partner with field leadership on safety, quality, scheduling and turnover

- Keep owners in the loop with clear, honest updates

What You Bring

- Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)

- A track record running large, fast-paced projects with heavy electrical and mechanical scopes

- Working knowledge of commissioning, phased turnovers and critical power and cooling systems

- A calm, approachable leadership style and strong communication skills

- A degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
