• Lead multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contracts, and project financials
• Oversee complex urban developments, including podium-style and parking structure projects

• Mentor project team members and drive successful project delivery

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 10-15+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven success delivering large-scale multifamily or mixed-use developments
• Experience with podium-style, urban infill, parking garage, or high-rise projects preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
