Job TitleProject Manager for Multifamily ConstructionJob DescriptionLead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution plans. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders. Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively throughout the project life cycle. Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication to leadership. Drive job site performance and accountability across all phases of construction.The Successful Applicant8-10+ years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds. Multifamily experience required on projects $40M+. Strong communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance. Effective leader with experience overseeing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges on complex projects.
