Senior Project Manager

Oxford Solutions is working with an environmental consulting firm seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for a direct hire, onsite opportunity. This role will lead complex environmental investigation and remediation projects, with a strong focus on Pennsylvania Act 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental projects valued at $1M+, including Phase I/II ESAs, site investigations, remediation, and UST projects.
• Develop and manage investigation, sampling, remediation, and environmental management plans.
• Lead PA Act 2 projects, including conceptual site models, exposure pathway evaluations, remedial strategies, environmental covenants, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field activities, and deliverables.
• Provide technical direction to Project Managers and junior staff.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Work directly with clients, PADEP, and other regulatory agencies to develop strategies and move projects toward regulatory closure.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience focused on site investigation and remediation.
• Strong expertise in Pennsylvania Act 2 regulations and the regulatory closure process.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs, soil and groundwater investigations, conceptual site models, exposure pathways, and remediation.
• Proven experience managing large environmental projects, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Strong technical, analytical, writing, and client communication skills.
• Experience working directly with PADEP and other regulatory personnel.
• Professional licensure or accreditation strongly preferred.
