Senior Project Manager

One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Senior Project Manager. This role leads larger or more complex commercial projects and supports the project teams. It's a good fit for an experienced PM who likes to lead.

 

Responsibilities:

-Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout

-Own financial results and owner relationships on assigned projects

-Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers

-Help with pursuits, interviews and preconstruction planning

 

Requirements:

-8+ years of commercial project management experience

-Track record of delivering projects on budget and on schedule

-Strong leadership and client communication skills

-Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
