A highly respected and growing General Contractor is seeking an Operations Senior Project Manager with extensive Multifamily Construction experience to support continued growth and oversee complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple multifamily projects through all phases of construction
• Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Drive operational excellence, profitability, and project execution
• Mentor Project Managers and field leadership teams
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale Multifamily construction projects
• Strong operational and leadership background
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and team development
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
