Job Details

• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in Owner's Project Management (OPM) required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex capital projects from planning/design through construction and closeout, ideally across multiple asset types (life science, corporate/commercial, higher education, or similar institutional settings).
• Proven ability to represent ownership interests directly with architects, engineers, and general contractors/construction managers, including budget oversight, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong working knowledge of design and construction processes, procurement/bidding, and contract administration.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and adapt to a range of organizational cultures.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, MCPPO) a plus.
• Based in or willing to work primarily in the Greater Boston/Cambridge, MA area.
