Senior Project Manager | Orlando

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project goals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and quality.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ through completion
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling software, project controls, and construction accounting
• Proven ability to manage owner relationships and lead project teams
• Experience in healthcare, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, education, or large commercial projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Stable work history with reputable General Contractors

• Base salary: $140,000 - $190,000
