Lead projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor performance. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and stakeholder teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes. Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting to clients.
