Senior Project Manager (Owners Rep)Our client is a highly respected project and cost management consultancy specializing in commercial real estate and development projects. Known for delivering projects on time and on budget, they partner with leading organizations across sectors including corporate interiors, law firms, financial services, healthcare, education, hospitality, and retail.Job DescriptionServe as the Owner's Representative, protecting client interests throughout the project lifecycle. Lead projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor performance. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and stakeholder teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes. Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting to clients.
