The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale softwareimplementations (such as SAP), driving digital transformations in finance or technicaloperations, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategicthinker who can bridge the gap between technical execution and executive leadership.Key Responsibilities● Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end program lifecycles, from initial concept andscope definition to implementation and post-launch evaluation.● SAP & Enterprise Implementation: Develop and manage comprehensive programplans for large-scale systems like SAP, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are metand risks are mitigated.● Agile Leadership: Drive Scaled Agile Project Management by overseeing multiplescrum teams, handling Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and facilitating sprint planning andexecution.● Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Engage with executives and department headswhile overseeing relationships with third-party implementation partners to ensuredelivery against agreed terms.● Data-Driven Decision Making: Build custom dashboards in tools like Jira to trackproject health and metrics.● Financial & Resource Planning: Manage project budgets, monitor milestones, andconduct meticulous capacity planning and velocity analysis to maintain team dynamics.● Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities atthe enterprise level to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications● Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project or program management, with significantexperience in large-scale digital transformations.● Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.● Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and SAFe Product Owner/ProductManager (POPM) required.● Technical Proficiency: * Management Tools: Jira, Smartsheets, Lucidcharts,Confluence, and ServiceNow (SNOW).○ Data & Analytics: SQL, Tableau, and basic familiarity with Big Datatechnologies (Spark, Scala, Python, Hadoop).○ ERP/IT: Deep familiarity with SAP implementation and the SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycle (SDLC).● Education: MBA or equivalent Master"s degree preferred (e.g., Human-ComputerInteraction or Marketing Management).Belcan is a leading provider of qualified personnel to many of the world's most respected enterprises.
