Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura's businesses around the world. Powai' s world class

capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, f inancial control, operations, risk

management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura's global operations and

are an integral part of Nomura's global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the

platf orm to support the growth of Nomura's global business.

Business Unit Overview:

Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within f irm and its

ef fective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology

strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an

oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market

Risk and Operational Risk; and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow

for managing the direction of deliveries.

• Project management work in Market Risk Stress Testing Project within the Market Risk
