POSITION SUMMARY: *** is seeking Senior IT Project Managers to support its enterprise Order to Cash (OTC) transformation program. These roles lead complex, interdependent workstreams through integration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Successful candidates bring strong delivery ownership, technical fluency, and the ability to quickly learn an established program, build productive relationships, and drive commitments across business, IT, and third-party teams.
PROJECT INFORMATION
The OTC program is preparing for additional field deployments following its National Accounts release. Anticipated openings span two areas of emphasis. Workstream assignments will reflect program priorities and each candidate's experience. Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience in at least one of the following areas:
• External integrations and data conversion: Coordinate third-party interfaces supporting collections, payments, banking, and lockbox processes; manage vendor readiness and end-to-end testing; and provide project management for conversion planning, mock cycles, reconciliation, and migration dependencies in partnership with functional and technical leads.
• Cutover and deployment readiness: Lead integrated readiness planning, cutover schedules and rehearsals, business and technical checkpoints, deployment coordination, contingency planning, and transition into hypercare and ongoing support.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own delivery of assigned OTC workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and decisions; align detailed plans with the integrated program schedule.
• Partner with business process owners, functional leads, architects, developers, testing teams, and vendors to clarify deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and readiness expectations.
• Maintain actionable schedules, risk and issue logs, decision records, and status reports; communicate material impacts and escalate unresolved dependencies with clear options and recommendations.
• Facilitate focused working sessions, track commitments to closure, and influence delivery across matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
• Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including environments, test data, vendor participation, defect resolution, and entry and exit criteria.
• Manage changes through established program governance; assess effects on scope, schedule, cost, resources, and operational readiness before commitments change.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED
• For integration and conversion assignments, coordinate interface dependencies, vendor milestones, conversion cycles, data validation and reconciliation, and business sign-off with accountable subject-matter experts.
• For cutover assignments, maintain an executable runbook with task owners, sequencing, timing, checkpoints, escalation paths, and rollback criteria; coordinate rehearsals and go-live execution.
• Ensure support teams are engaged before deployment; coordinate knowledge transfer, operational documentation, hypercare ownership, and agreed transition and exit criteria.
• Maintain accurate workstream forecasts, resource plans, and vendor milestone assumptions in coordination with program financial and resource management leads.
• Absorb existing plans and transition materials quickly, identify gaps, and establish continuity with minimal disruption to active delivery.
• Capture lessons learned and incorporate improvements into subsequent deployment waves. Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects involving multiple departments, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in at least one of the following: enterprise integrations and data conversion, or cutover and deployment of business-critical systems.
• Experience managing software delivery through planning, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production stabilization using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Ability to understand technical dependencies and translate them into executable plans, risks, decisions, and business impacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive status reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in an established program, challenge incomplete plans constructively, and hold teams accountable for agreed commitments.
• Experience with project financial forecasting, resource planning, vendor deliverables, and formal change control.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• ERP or Order to Cash transformation experience, particularly billing, accounts receivable, collections, payments, or banking integrations; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating payment processors, collection platforms, lockbox providers, or comparable external service partners.
• Experience with phased or multi-site deployments, conversion rehearsals, business reconciliation, and production cutovers.
• PMP certification and experience working within a PMO; familiarity with enterprise PPM tools, Jira, and Microsoft Project or comparable planning tools.
