A financial-services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives within a structured PMO environment.
This individual will directly manage approximately four to five projects simultaneously and take ownership across project planning, requirements, scope, schedules, resources, risk management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and final delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple enterprise technology projects through the full project lifecycle.
Define project scope, requirements, objectives, milestones, and project plans.
Monitor project schedules, costs, progress, and performance.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Lead recurring project status meetings and stand-ups.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
Prepare project reporting and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain project documentation and PMO records.
Support consistent project-management standards and processes.
Role Requirements
7 to 10 years of technology project-management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
