Description
Our Client, a Helathcare company, is looking for a Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC- Workday Program Manager for their Raleigh, NC/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to team including coaching, mentoring and professional development or oversight to a department.
Responsible for providing performance feedback on a regular basis.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize project delivery.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Bachelor's Degree
Business Admin, Project Management, IT, or related field
Required (Years): 7+
Experience in project management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior project management capacity.
Looking for someone who is strong with business engagement, knows how to hold people accountable, including sea level executives while acknowledging their workload and schedules.
Project is surrounding an ERP implementation with added implementation, request mid project and quite unrealistic go live date.
Client is quite immature with regards to executing projects and someone who comes from a more mature organization and can bring that knowledge and expertise would be a huge bonus
Candidate should know how to have difficult conversations with leadership and maintain positive team morale
The role will also include responsibilities that typical business analyst, quality assurance, and test leads might do.
They have a significant amount of internal meeting surrounding this project and someone who can take a look at the big picture and perhaps reduce the number of meetings and or suggest more efficient Collaboration efforts.
Client utilizes smart sheets and Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office internally
A strong candidate would be an individual that can collaborate with teams when they are under big deadline pressures and talk in terms of how can WE get things done or how can WE do this not singling out individuals or micromanaging each.
