TheBoldtCompanyisseekinganexperiencedSeniorProjectManagertojoinourgrowingNorthernCaliforniateambasedintheSacramentoregion.Thisleadershiproleisresponsibleforthesuccessfuldeliveryofcomplexconstructionprojectsacrosskeymarkets,withastrongemphasisonhealthcareconstruction,includingacutecarefacilities,medicalofficebuildings,hospitalrenovations,andotherHCAI/OSHPD-regulatedprojects. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary leader for project planning and execution, overseeing all aspects of safety, quality, schedule, budget, risk management, and client satisfaction from preconstructionthroughcommissioning.Workingcloselywithowners,designpartners,tradepartners,andinternaloperationsteams,thisindividualwillplayacriticalroleinstrengtheningBoldt'spresencethroughouttheNorthernCaliforniahealthcaremarket.
Theidealcandidatebringsaproventrackrecordofleadinglarge-scaleconstructionprojectswhilefosteringhigh-performingteamsandstrongclientrelationships.CandidatesshouldpossesssignificantexperiencemanagingcomplexhealthcareprojectsandhaveathoroughunderstandingofHCAI/OSHPDrequirements,occupiedhealthcareenvironments,infectioncontrolprotocols,interimlifesafetymeasures,andtheuniquechallengesassociatedwithdeliveringprojectsinactivemedicalfacilities. This individual will guide project teams through procurement, contract administration, cost forecasting, production planning, and overall project execution while implementing Lean construction principles and the Boldt Production System. What You Bring  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of AEC or professional services business development experience with strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders through strong presentation and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, and leading change within a collaborative environment.
      Nice to Have  
      • Experience developing business in healthcare or other highly regulated markets.
      • Established network of architects, engineers, and industry partners in Northern California.
      • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments such as HCAI.
      • Experience leading proposals, interviews, and using CRM tools for pipeline tracking.

      Compensation

      Target Hiring Range: $153,000.00–$206,000.00 annually
      The anticipated salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $206,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
      Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
