Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: On-site
Compensation: Depends on Experience
Clearance: Secret, US Citizenship Required
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong understanding of Scrum practices and a proven track record of implementing Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and continuous improvement
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress, while protecting the team from external distractions
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a secret clearance
- Bachelor''''s or 9 years' experience
- 5 years of experience
- PMI-ACP or CSM
