Senior Project Manager

• Lead the growth and expansion of a nationally recognized contractor's federal construction business across the Pacific Northwest.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new federal and Department of Defense opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key federal agency stakeholders, military installations, and industry partners.
• Provide executive-level oversight of large-scale federal construction projects ranging from $50M-$300M+.
• Ensure successful project delivery by driving safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction outcomes.
• Support opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal strategy, and contract pursuits.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients while strengthening the organization's regional market presence.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to win and execute work.
• Mentor and develop project teams while helping build a scalable federal construction platform.
• Represent the organization at industry events and with key government stakeholders to advance long-term growth objectives.

• Base Salary: $135,000-$200,000+ depending on experience and level
• Annual Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus potential, approximately $50,000-$150,000+ at the executive level.
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month (pre-tax).
