Employees benefit from local projects, strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and a culture that values both professional success and personal well-being.Job DescriptionLead construction projects from preconstruction through completionManage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performanceDrive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client expectations are metServe as the primary point of contact for owners, stakeholders, and project teamsOversee subcontractor and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycleReview and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentationCollaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning phasesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactivelyCoordinate internal resources and field teams to ensure successful project executionMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and project partnersEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standardsMentor and support project team members as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
