About the role: We're looking for a Project Manager_ Transmission& Substation on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) This is an Early Stage (ES) Project Manager - Transmission & Substation position. You will manage the Early Stage (ES) process for high-voltage transmission and substation projects within E&C. You will lead the development of procurement, engineering, permitting, and land. This position is not responsible for the site-based construction management. You will report to the onsite manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL or Remote is an option for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: * Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule. * Coordinate diverse teams including Development, Land, Environmental, legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations. * Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services. * Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management * Experience: 11 - 15 Years * Experience managing projects >$100MM * Manage scope, schedule, and cost and documentation skills * Ability to travel (~25%) Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
