Job Summary: This role is pivotal for overseeing significant transformations within HR technology, focusing on Workday and payroll systems. You will drive complex projects from planning through to execution, ensuring successful integration and optimization of HR processes. Success in this position requires adept stakeholder management and a deep understanding of HR and payroll operations to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of Workday and payroll system projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Mitigate project risks and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing Workday, HRIS, or Payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll operations.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder communication and risk management.
Experience in managing large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives within a complex, cross-functional organizational environment is highly preferred.
