Senior Project Superintendent - Data Center (Traveling)

The Senior Project Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader, overseeing day-to-day construction operations and ensuring project success from groundbreaking through completion.

• Lead all on-site construction activities, field personnel, and subcontractors
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules, work plans, and short-term look-ahead planning
• Champion site safety and ensure compliance with all project and regulatory requirements
• Manage project quality standards, inspections, and field execution to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain schedule and productivity targets
• Identify and resolve site challenges, constructability concerns, and operational risks
• Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing jobsite culture

For the Senior Project Superintendent - Data Center (Traveling) we are seeking:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent within commercial construction
• Experience working for a general contractor on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background leading field operations, subcontractors, and project teams
• Previous data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical construction experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, project sequencing, and site logistics
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience developing and mentoring field personnel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction technology platforms
• Ability and willingness to travel and work on project sites throughout the region
