Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to support government education applications related to IDEA grants (Parts B and C). The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing expertise, API and database testing experience, and in-depth knowledge of accessibility compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience.
Mandatory Accessibility Certification: CPACC, WAS, or equivalent. A copy of the certification must be provided with the submission.
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
Hands-on experience with manual testing, including Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability, and Accessibility Testing.
Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
Strong SQL query writing and database validation skills.
Experience with API testing and web services validation.
Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and government accessibility compliance.
Experience with defect tracking, defect triage, troubleshooting, and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
