Senior Quality Complaints Associate

Payrate: $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
 
Summary:
This is a lab-based job with no opportunity for remote work.
 
Responsibilities

• Receive, clean, and evaluate product complaint return samples, including taking photos, x-rays, and performing written inspections.
• Interface with various sites and business partners.
• Manage complaint return sample inventory.
• Author technical assessment reports.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Typically 2 plus years of related quality assurance or manufacturing experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Ability to evaluate documentation and operations according to company guidelines.
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Basic statistical mathematical skills, including the ability to trend data.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to independently understand, follow, and implement instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication & collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or assignments.
• Role may involve periods of prolonged sitting and standing, lifting boxes and storage containers of up to 50lbs, and transporting samples across campus.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.00 - $29.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
