Job/Company Overview:

Thank you for your interest in joining our team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). These roles are vital to our mission of providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients implementing behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
• Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly
• For RBT 2-3: Mentor junior staff, assist in team leadership, and participate in program development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or enrolled in a program
• One year experience working with children
• Reliable, punctual and organized
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• No sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if any
• No Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programs
• Must pass all clearances, including PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, PA criminal record check, Federal criminal record check, county criminal record check, sex offender, PA driver’s license check

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work productively with diverse teams and develop relationships with clients and families
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Leadership skills (for RBT 2-3 positions)
