Locations: Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, or Orange CountyJob Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote, Full-Time, Direct HireCompensation: $140,000 – $200,000 commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.LHH is working with a global law firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal for their Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, or Orange County office. The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate financing and acquisition transactions, ensuring smooth execution from due diligence through closing. This position suits an experienced transactional paralegal who works well in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys coordinating with attorneys, clients, title companies, and third‑party service providers.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through every stage of commercial real estate financing and acquisition transactions.Prepare escrow instructions, conveyance documents, and a variety of ancillary loan documents, including materials related to loan payoffs and UCC filings.Oversee all aspects of closing coordination, such as maintaining checklists, organizing signatures, assembling closing binders, and managing post‑closing tasks.Request and analyze UCC, litigation, and bankruptcy searches, delivering well‑organized and concise summary reports.Review title documents, surveys, and zoning reports, and draft corresponding summaries or objection letters as needed.Liaise directly with title companies, surveyors, zoning consultants, lenders, and other external parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.Partner with attorneys and senior paralegals across various offices to maintain consistent and efficient workflow.Create and update lease abstracts as required.Maintain organized transaction files, compile due diligence materials, and provide support for special projects.QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactionsParalegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document management/closing softwareEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers#J-18808-Ljbffr
