Job Title: Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in a dynamic industry sector. In this role, you will contribute to attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative recruiting experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and execute full cycle recruiting.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
