Our Kforce client is looking for a Senior Recruiter in St. Louis county.
Summary: The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of our Corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and IT. This person will partner with the talent acquisition team and operating companies to coordinate recruiting activity. They will be responsible for driving direct and passive sourcing strategies and finding competitive intelligence from the external talent marketplace to connect great talent with key roles. The Senior Recruiter will partner with our HR Coordinator to facilitate interview scheduling and the onboarding process.
