Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for the Sales department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Business Services industry.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment goals and objectives.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in Chicago and beyond.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

• Knowledge of the Chicago job market is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
