RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead business development and portfolio growth for cross-border banking clients, with a primary focus on Greater China markets and US-China corridor opportunities including nearshoring
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with a large, diverse, and complex portfolio of cross-border clients across the US and international markets
Act as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions across lending, treasury, and other product lines
Perform and oversee underwriting and forecasting for all loan transactions, maintaining a high standard of work product quality and consistency
Demonstrate deep product and operational knowledge across corporate finance, C&I lending, and cross-border banking products
Attain established individual, departmental, and institutional financial production goals
Leverage an existing network and high degree of independence to originate new relationships and expand wallet share within the target market
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to structure and execute complex transactions
