Job Title: Senior Reliability Engineer

Pay Rate: $45 $50/hour

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to develop and implement a site-specific reliability program for a new pharmaceutical CAPEX project. This role will assess global reliability plans, align them with site requirements, and establish maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational readiness in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review global reliability standards and develop a reliability program tailored to site equipment and operational requirements.
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and equipment criticality assessments.
• Identify potential equipment failures and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for new equipment and systems.
• Support CAPEX project teams with reliability input during equipment selection, design reviews, installation, and startup.
• Develop maintenance requirements and support equipment maintenance readiness before operational handover.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and project teams to implement reliability improvements.
• Maintain reliability assessments, maintenance strategies, and supporting technical documentation.
• Ensure reliability and maintenance activities align with cGMP requirements and site procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in reliability engineering within pharmaceutical or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience conducting FMEAs and equipment criticality assessments.
• Experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience supporting CAPEX projects and maintenance readiness for new equipment.
• Ability to translate global reliability standards into site-specific programs.
• Strong understanding of equipment failure modes, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
