We're looking for a sharp, analytical professional who can turn data into meaningful insights, support leadership decisions, and keep programs moving forward.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport strategic planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions across multiple programs.Track program requirements, budgets, milestones, and funding priorities.Analyze financial trends, program performance, and resource needs across multiple fiscal years.Support annual budget planning, investment reviews, and program execution activities.Develop clear, impactful reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.Collaborate with Government leadership and cross-functional teams to identify challenges and recommend solutions.Utilize tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and other business systems to analyze and present data.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS16 years of combined experience in DoD/IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.Strong understanding of Government budgeting, resource planning, and program management processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.Education/Experience Substitutions:19 years of relevant experience plus PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II certification in lieu of a bachelor's degree.21 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree and the specified certifications.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with strategic portfolio management and Government investment planning.Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.Experience supporting senior leadership with financial analysis and executive presentations.Lean Six Sigma training is a plus!WHY SITEC?At SITEC, your expertise matters!
