Position Overview:

One of the top tier insurance insurance carriers is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Risk Control, Key Accounts manager to the team. You will have the opportunity to own key accounts for a growing casualty book in the Chicago area. The role requires minimal travel, and is a unique opportunity to jump start quick career growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of safety/risk control casualty expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting, service, and client-facing teams to deliver tailored risk control solutions and support key account objectives.
• Partner with clients as a strategic risk management advisor, helping strengthen retention, improve risk performance, and drive long-term growth.
• Analyze loss trends and exposure data to identify risk drivers and develop practical recommendations that reduce claim activity and improve outcomes.
• Lead risk assessments, safety consultations, training programs, and other proactive initiatives for large and complex accounts.
• Share technical expertise through client presentations, educational content, and industry engagement to promote best practices in risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Safety or related field.
• 5+ years experience of risk/loss control.
• Expertise in multi-line casualty.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.
