Job Summary

The Senior Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation solutions using UIPath and other related technologies. They will play a key role in the configuration, testing, and deployment of the automation workflows to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, and implement automation workflows using uipath and other relevant tools.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Conduct testing of automation solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet specified requirements.

4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation workflows and related components.

5. Stay updated on uipath and other automation technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid understanding of uipath studio, uipath orchestrator, and other uipath tools.

2. Strong programming skills in languages such as c#, python, or java.

3. Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for business processes.

4. Knowledge of database systems and sql queries for data manipulation.

5. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced RPA Support Engineer (UiPath) to manage and support production automation environments. The role focuses on bot monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of RPA processes to ensure stability and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Support & Operations Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath bots deployed in production. Monitor bot execution via UiPath Orchestrator and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs. Handle incident management, service requests, and defect fixes within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for bot failures and recurring issues. Technical Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: UiPath workflows (REFramework, attended/unattended bots) Queues and triggers Credential management and assets Support bot deployments, releases, and version upgrades. Work on minor enhancements and bug fixes in existing automations. Manage VM/environment issues, dependencies, and package upgrades. Ensure smooth integration with applications like SAP, web apps, Citrix, and legacy systems. Orchestrator & Monitoring Manage UiPath Orchestrator: Process scheduling Queue management Robot provisioning Monitor system logs and dashboards to ensure high bot availability and performance. Implement proactive monitoring and alert mechanisms. Data & Integration Support Handle data-level troubleshooting and reconciliation issues. Work with: APIs Excel/CSV automation Databases (basic SQL knowledge) Support integrations with ERP and third-party
