Job Title: Senior SailPoint Developer
Location: Washington, DC (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)
About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer for an established Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team at a major transportation organization.
You will design, configure, and expand SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, writing custom code and automated workflows and integrating with enterprise systems. This is a development seat, not a pure administration role.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and configure custom code, BeanShell scripts, rules, forms, and automated workflows in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Develop and maintain integrations with SAP (S/4HANA/LMS), ServiceNow, PAM solutions, Lenel, UKG Pro WFM, and SCIM/Web Services endpoints.
- Build and optimize Access Reviews, SOD policies, RBAC models, and custom reporting.
- Translate business specifications into technical artifacts through unit testing, deployment, and version control (Bitbucket/GitHub).
- Track work in Jira and deliver in an Agile environment.
- Identify and automate identity lifecycle, role mining, and access processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on SailPoint IGA development and implementation in complex enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, and JSON.
- Deep knowledge of SCIM, REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, RBAC, Role Mining, and SOD frameworks.
- Hands-on with relational databases (SQL/Oracle), VS Code, Bitbucket or GitHub, and Jira.
- Direct experience integrating SailPoint with SAP, ServiceNow, HR/WFM systems, physical security (Lenel), or PAM.
- Strong secure coding practices.
- Able to work on-site in Washington, DC.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certification.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Local or regional proximity to the Washington, DC area.
