Job Description
In this role you will report directly into the Recruitment Manager and be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to successful candidate placement.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients by providing consultative hiring advice and market insights.
- Identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Developing and nurturing talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and expanding existing client accounts.
- Negotiating employment offers, fees, and terms between clients and candidates.
- Conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and qualification meetings to ensure strong matches.
- Collaborating with internal teams and leveraging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Achieving individual performance targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to provide strategic recruitment guidance.
