This role will develop new opportunities and expand strategic accounts by connecting healthcare technology to agency missions, clinical needs, and modernization priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $112,400 to $194,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Generate new business and expand existing accounts for Oracle Health applications and related Oracle technologies.
Position solutions according to agency needs, including Oracle Health EHR, revenue cycle management, Oracle Health HIE, Oracle Health Seamless Exchange, Oracle Health Data Warehouse, Oracle Population Health Analytics, Oracle Health Patient Portal, Oracle Health Electronic Case Reporting, and Oracle Health AI Agents.
Identify opportunities involving care delivery, benefits administration, public health reporting, data exchange, analytics, and health IT modernization.
Build relationships with agency executives, clinical leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, program leaders, contracting officers, and acquisition teams.
Lead sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, procurement, and contract execution.
Navigate RFIs, RFPs, contract vehicles, acquisition strategies, federal budget cycles, compliance requirements, and competitive evaluations.
Coordinate product specialists, solution consultants, legal, finance, implementation teams, executive sponsors, systems integrators, and channel partners.
Build business cases tied to mission outcomes, clinician and patient experience, interoperability, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity records, pipeline forecasts, and qualification criteria.
Represent the organization at federal healthcare events, partner meetings, and executive engagements.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or healthcare technology solutions.
Experience selling to U.S. federal agencies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Working knowledge of federal procurement, contracting, contract vehicles, and budget processes.
Proven ability to develop executive relationships, create pipeline, win new accounts, expand existing accounts, and meet sales targets.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, forecasting, and account-planning skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partners through complex opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct sales experience with related federal health programs.
Experience with Oracle Health EHR or other EHR and EMR platforms, revenue cycle management, interoperability, population health, healthcare analytics, or public health reporting.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enterprise applications, AI, healthcare data platforms, and federal security requirements.
Established relationships with federal healthcare stakeholders, systems integrators, and consulting partners.
Experience with MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman, or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
