The Senior Sales Manager manages and directs the Sales Team in meeting sales and profit goals. In this position, you are also responsible for:
The qualified candidate must have:
Minimum 5 years combined sales and management in high volume major retailer or equivalent education/experience
Ability to motivate, lead and direct others
Solid understanding of product knowledge as it pertains to the furniture industry
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Basic computer proficiency
Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
The qualified candidate must have:

Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
