Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD/ plus commission

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Connect: Utilize outbound sales techniques and lead-generation strategies to identify and reach potential clients. This role is meant for true hunters.
• Self-manage: Maintain an organized, robust sales pipeline while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Present with Impact: Schedule, organize, and deliver engaging service demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our digital advertising solutions.
• Close Deals: Follow up and nurture sales leads, negotiate, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive and goal-oriented efforts.
• Outside Sales: Travel is required. Attend expos, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, network, and promote our services with an enthusiastic and organized approach.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, client success, and technical support, to ensure clients have a seamless experience and all sales efforts align with team goals.
• CRM Rigor and Forecast Accuracy: High level of discipline in CRM management (Zoho), pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy. Ability to track leading indicators (activity metrics, pipeline velocity, stage conversion) and reliably project revenue outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales, with experience navigating multi-stakeholder or enterprise-level deal cycles.
• Working knowledge of SEO and SEM, with the ability to speak credibly to how these channels drive business outcomes for clients.
• Value-Based Selling: Ability to lead discovery conversations that uncover strategic business challenges, quantify opportunity, and position solutions based on measurable ROI. Skilled in diagnosing marketing inefficiencies and aligning solutions to executive-level priorities.
• Sales Presentation Skills: Proven track record in sales, with experience scheduling, organizing, and delivering sales presentations that engage and persuade.
• Event and Conference Skills: Skilled in working conferences, engaging new leads, and networking to expand market reach while representing the team and brand.
• Pipeline Management: Experience using sales pipeline and CRM tools to stay organized, manage contacts, and maintain CRM hygiene to produce accurate records of sales activities.
• Relationship-oriented: Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine love for people, paired with exceptional communication, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills that contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Competitive Drive and Accountability: Strong intrinsic motivation to win new business and exceed goals. Takes ownership of results, embraces performance metrics, and demonstrates resilience in high-rejection, high-activity environments.

• Experience with Zoho CRM specifically.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience selling to multi-location businesses and automotive
