Our Team, Your Impact

The Senior Strategic Commercial Analyst serves as a key analytical leader, responsible for delivering advanced business insights and developing data-driven strategies that enhance commercial performance and profitability. This role partners closely with Pricing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build sophisticated analytical frameworks, optimize product mix, and support the organization's long-term growth objectives.

The Senior Strategic Commercial Analyst proactively identifies performance trends, anticipates market dynamics, and uncovers opportunities to drive business growth. By transforming complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, this role directly influences revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client retention, serving as a critical contributor to the organization''s strategic decision-making and overall commercial success.

How You'll Spend Your Day

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. Reporting to Manager, Product Portfolio & Customer Strategy, the key responsibilities will be:

• Lead the design and execution of complex sales analyses.
• Closely monitor the changing customer and competitor landscape and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Synthesize large datasets from Tableau, and other sources to uncover actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to streamline processes and enhance product mix strategies.
• Integrate inventory management data with sales analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, and IT, ensuring alignment on analytics initiatives.
• Lead or support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Senior Strategic Commercial is expected to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, standards, and company policies. This description is not all-inclusive; duties may be modified as needed.

Your Skills and Experience

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with Tableau required.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution or a related industry strongly preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Deep understanding of high-performing sales organizations and advanced sales analytics methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Fact based, analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to thrive in data-driven, process-oriented environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial modeling.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data visualization tools as well as willingness to utilize new technologies.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel may be required for cross-site collaboration and project leadership.

• Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:

• Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
